About Us
At Patricia Sukore Foundation for Women and Children, we've devoted ourselves to the fight for human, women and children's rights. We operate on the principle that every human being deserves to live in freedom and dignity. We work tirelessly to expose injustices and drive meaningful change.

The foundation was founded on 3rd September, 2015. By Patricia Sukore, a lawyer who is passionate about the well being of women and children. She is an ardent advocate of women and children's rights, and the attainment of their full potential.


The Foundation's Vision and Mission

1. Patricia Sukore foundation for women and children is set up to ensure a society where women and children attain their full potential - educationally, physically, psychologically, socially, legally, democratically and economically.

2. We are committed to the enhancement of the status of women and children, and related feminist goals.

3. Non-governmental, non-partisan and non-religious organization committed to the enforcement of women and children's rights and attainment of equality, development and peace.

Policy Advocacy

We actively engage policymakers in enacting laws that promote human, women, and children's rights.

Awareness Campaigns

Through campaigns and educational initiatives, we raise awareness about SGBV and GBV.

Legal Support

We offer legal aid and advice to those who have had their human rights, women's rights or children's rights violated.

Empowerment Programs

We organize skills workshop for women and girls in the community every year, creating sustainable living for the less privileged and for women who have been displaced as a result of Domestic Violence. Small grants for start-ups are also made available to members of the foundation. "Fund and Empower 500 women" is a yearly program we are running from 2023 to 2028

Scholarships

We offer scholarship opportunities to high achievers in primary, secondary or tertiary institutions.

SDGs

Enhance global sustainable development with SDGs, by enabling impactful strategies and focused advancements. The organization, presently focuses on the following Goals: Goal 1: No Poverty Goal 2: Zero Hunger Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being Goal 4: Quality Education Goal 5: Gender Equality Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities
